End your day of skiing with us in our inhouse restaurant “Enzian Stub´n”. We will spoil you culinary from 4 pm not only with our delicious food but also with the wonderful panorama of the mountains. Try a hearty Brettljause with real farmer’s bread, butter, bacon and eggs or a majestic Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancakes named after Austrian emperor Franz Joseph I) with stewed plums roasted and apple-sauce. For cheese lovers we recommend Kasnocken with Pinzgauer cheese or Kaspressknödel (traditional Carinthian cheese dumplings). On pre-order, we will be happy to prepare you an after-ski snack with cold and warm delicacies, fondue, fish or meat plates. To round off the taste experience in a harmonious way, we offer exquisite wines from Austria and a “guad schnapserl” from the region.
